  • Deliver your final digital galleries and physical products.

  • Communicate anniversary reminders or special "25th Anniversary" offers.

3. Image Privacy & Discretion

We understand the sensitive nature of Boudoir and Maternity photography.

  • Model Release: We will never use your images for marketing, social media, or portfolio displays without your explicit consent.

  • Opt-Out: Even if a general model release is signed, you may "opt-out" of public display for specific images or entire sessions at any time.

  • Internal Access: Only the Porche Family Team has access to your unedited and edited files during the production process.

4. Data Security & Storage

  • CRM Security: We utilize a CRM to secure your personal data.

  • Digital Galleries: Your final images are hosted on secure, password-protected servers for a period of 30 days following delivery.

  • Archive Policy: While we maintain internal backups of "precious moments" for our 25-year archive, we do not guarantee lifetime storage. Clients are encouraged to download and secure their own copies.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share data with trusted service providers essential to our business, such as:

  • Professional printing labs (for your physical albums and prints).

  • Our CRM and gallery hosting platforms.
